I have ordered from PLT about 6 times over the year and they are always perfection. Great clothes, fast shipping & amazing customer service! Heather has helped me through WhatsApp after a shipping problem but she resolved it for me instantly! Amazing company, recommend them x10000!

“Stoke money, lousy customer service and return practices”

My 14 year old daughter saved her $ to buy a pair of pants but it did not fit. She returned it within the time period, but did not get a refund. We sent over 6 emails/ complaints, follow- up but to date – 18 months later, no refund or contact. To make matter worse, on their contact info, they say if you follow- up, your query goes to the bottom of the list. It’s unethical and shameful this company, along with the owners take advantage of teens/kids with no repercussions.

We sent over 6 emails/ complaints, follow- up but to date – 18 months later, no refund or contact. To make matter worse, on their contact info, they say if you follow- up, your query goes to the bottom of the list.

It’s unethical and shameful this company, along with the owners take advantage of teens/kids with no repercussions.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order or buy from them as they take $ from kids/ teens

I bought few clothes from PLT 1.5 years ago and returned e everything, it was bad quality. But last December I decided to give another shot! Well … nothing has changed, their quality is the worst. The long sleeve shirt was completely sewn wrong, all crooked. The sweatshirt came with those little balls on it that seemed it was worn for few times. Most of I got you could see through it. So so disappointed! I paid for free shipping, then I had to pay to return BAD QUALITY clothes … it’s "funny" that they allow reviews on their website. AVOID PLT, waste of time and money

Only kept the sweatshirt because I was going on a trip and needed it . But like I said it looked it was worn already

The receipt shows the discounted price plus standard shipping but the total suddenly spikes to $20 more. I emailed them regarding this because I just want to be charged the right amount and they said they cannot. The order receipt displays this price error. I will be taking this up with the bank as it’s fraud.

The prices appeared at fifty percent off during my entire shopping experience. At check out upon paying the price randomly jumped up to full price. I emailed them screen shots of the item prices appearing online and explained that they charged me full price to my cc they refused to fix it stating that their prices fluctuate. I asked them to cancel the order and they said no. They said I can only have my money back if I pay out of pocket to return the items. Horrible scam! Do not purchase from here!

First, the quality of clothing is not bad. I generally shop designer, but for the sake of giving this place a shot after one of my friends recommended it to me, I almost didn’t buy because the prices were so low. This was during their holiday sale, but I knew it was fast fashion because there were so many items. I just think the clothing is much better than I thought it would be for the price.
The clothing runs a bit bigger than I expected. Since this site is based out of the UK, I figured my measurements would be a good guideline oh, but I would say about 40% of my order is way too big. I will have them altered anyway. They do not offer free returns, but when I explained my financial situation, they sent me a label which was really cool of them to do. I placed two orders at about $400, and I did place a third order for only two jumpsuits. I cannot speak highly enough about my interaction with customer service and all the amazing clothes I now have. Because of my long legs oh, I was able to wear tall items, but because of my size, I was able to wear petite sizes. This makes almost all clothing wearable for me except plus size. I also like that they do have an awesome selection of fashionable plus-size clothing. That is difficult to find these days as plus size clothing is generally more expensive, and they give the same low prices equally.
The only con is that they don’t exchange clothing. They will give you a refund to repurchase the items, but the clothing I got was way cheaper than their normal prices. So I would not be able to repurchase the items completely. I am not docking a star for this as it is clearly written in the FAQ that they do not have a way to exchange clothing at this time. It was not in the fine print, and it is my mistake for not checking out their policy before I buy. I don’t know many people who do that oh, and I would be betting that most people don’t, but since it is clear as day on that site, I can’t blame PLT for that. I am so happy with my purchases, and I know a seamstress luckily oh, so I will probably get it all the big stuff taken in as I believe it is worth it. I had such a seamless experience with this company.
Also, since shipping was not free, I decided to pay the extra couple dollars for express shipping, and my order came in 2 days. Yes, from the UK. 2 days! Imagine my excitement when I saw those big huge bags in front of my door when I got home. How awesome!
