PLT will always be one of my go too’s, also an easy fast experience. Had one issue with refund once but was sorted straight away by Sophia after just one email which I really appreciated. Very quick and efficient in sorting out issues for they’re customers.

Great customer service

I’ve been ordering from PLT for years and never had any issues with my orders until a few days ago when I had a missing item. I contacted customer service via email and spoke with Shaunna. She responded promptly and and sent out my missing item within minutes. Thank you for the great customer experience Shaunna!

ISSUE WITH REFUND …

ISSUE WITH REFUND ….
I sent 2 orders back in one parcel and was only refunded for 1 item not the rest, after a few emails with customer service members
Nishaat picked this up next and sorted it within 2 emails.

I had a problem with an item that I…

I had a problem with an item that I ordered from Pretty little thing Us, I went through the Apple Chat. The jumpsuit I order came defective and Juliann responded an hour later, and I realize the zone is different , so I was ok with it. She read my email and just asked for a picture of the faulty item and shortly after I sent that, she came back with a response . I will get a refund and I don’t have to worry about returning , so I will donate as she mentioned and hope some one will be able do something with it.
I like the quality of fabric that the site uses and I’ve order several items fein them and will continue. Thanks for customer service reps like Juliann, understanding and not being difficult to deal with.

The most honest review about PLT

The most honest review about PLT: One good thing is maybe the variety of styles they have. However, although their clothes seem to be affordable, their clothes are too expensive compared to the quality you get. Most of their materials/fabrics are not worth their price. Not at all! You get the exact same quality fabric at SHEIN at a very cheap price. You can’t charge £35-£50 for a very cheap looking fabric/material. This has honestly been my experience every time I shopped at PLT. They need to do better when it comes to the quality of their products.

Do not buy premium delivery

Do not buy premium delivery!
I bought the next day delivery for a year option and it is absolutely horrendous! They lost my first my parcel, thankfully great customer service gave a refund. I have now ordered a skirt that was out for delivery yesterday but has now been cancelled for some reason.
I reordered the skirt yesterday(Saturday) thinking it’s fine as I still have time and the delivery is now predicted for Tuesday. I am absolutely furious, plt need to change their courier as it is just shocking how useless evri are.

I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had with your delivery. I can appreciate how you’re feeling about this, however I can assist you with this today.

I have looked into your original order from 5th May, and can see your order did go out for delivery on 6th, however this was delayed with Evri due to an issue with the courier’s vehicle. The package now shows as delivered to you yesterday on 8th May, however I will ensure this delay is taken up with Evri so it doesn’t happen again.

In regards to the most recent order, I can see that this was placed after our 11PM cutoff time on Saturday, meaning delivery would usually be expected on Monday. However as this was a bank holiday, there would usually be no deliveries (which is stated on the site), hence why your expected delivery date is Tuesday 9th.

I ordered a skirt the other day

I ordered a skirt the other day, it was an entirely different colour to the cream showed on the website, the material was COMPLETELY see-through (which it was not on the model!) and the sizing is an absolute joke. It wouldn’t fit a 12 year old, let alone a size 12 – which tracks tbh as they packaged it all up with a "healthy 91 calorie chocolate bar!".
Only reason it even slightly deserves a 1 is because it’s a free return and the delivery was earlier than anticipated.

Order not processed but can’t amend details

i ordered an item from PLT (I had an account set up years back). I just entered my credit card details and I got an order confirmation straightaway.. to the wrong address. I was never given an option to amend or to choose my delivery address, which I expected to do after entering my card details. Within a minute, I contacted the company who informed me that they cannot cancel my order despite the order not being processed yet. Sadly,it is shipped in an address miles away from me where previous parcels were also stolen and disappeared. Overall a very useless customer service team who kept sending and flooding me with automated response and a message asking me how likely I am to recommend them to my friends. Well, very UNLIKELY!

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you had in ordering to the wrong address. I can appreciate how you must be feeling about this, especially with the previous experience you’ve had when having packages delivered there.

If you do have an account when placing an order with us, addresses can be saved to your address book, which would be why this had auto-applied. I would recommend logging in and deleting any old incorrect addresses to avoid this happening for future.

As much as we would’ve liked to cancel or amend this for you – as stated on site, this isn’t something we’re able to do once an order is placed. This is because as soon as you place your order, our warehouse team are on it, and would be picking, packing and labelling your order.
